We are not wedding planners. We are the destination management company they rely on in Ecuador — the team that turns a plan on paper into a flawless week on the ground.
We start with the planner
Your planner shares the vision, the dates and the guest list. We translate it into what the destination can deliver, and what it cannot.
Venues & ground design
We secure the setting — colonial estate, Andean hacienda, cloud-forest lodge or Galápagos shore — and build the logistics around it.
The guest journey
Arrivals, hotels, transfers, welcome packages and guided days. Everyone your guests meet is briefed and accountable to us.
On the ground, all week
Our own coordinators are present from the first arrival to the last departure, so the planner and the couple can stay in the moment.

Questions we are asked
Do you plan the wedding itself?
No. Wedding planners design and run the celebration; we are the destination management company behind them in Ecuador. We handle the ground: venues, logistics, accommodations, transport and every experience your guests have outside the ceremony.
We already have a wedding planner. How do you work together?
That is exactly how we prefer to work. Your planner keeps ownership of the celebration and we become their local team, coordinating every detail on the ground so the two schedules never collide.
Where in Ecuador can we celebrate?
Colonial estates and historic venues in Quito, Andean haciendas, cloud-forest lodges in the Chocó Andino, and the shores of the Galápagos. Tell us the atmosphere you want and we will tell you honestly which settings deliver it.
What exactly do you take care of for our guests?
Airport arrivals and departures, hotels at preferential rates, private transfers, welcome packages, guided experiences, welcome cocktails, farewell brunches and cultural presentations — coordinated with your planner so they complement the wedding day.
Can our guests extend their trip after the wedding?
Most do. The Galápagos, the Amazon, the Andean highlands and the coast are all within reach, and we build those journeys as an extension of the celebration rather than a separate trip.
