José Rubén Proaño
José Rubén has spent three decades connecting travelers with the world’s most extraordinary places, from Ecuador’s hidden wonders to destinations across Latin America, Europe, and beyond. His signature approach blends meticulous planning with an instinct for the personal, crafting journeys that feel truly tailored — whether for individual explorers, families, or high-impact corporate programs. Behind him stands a 30-year legacy of clients who trusted him to turn their travel ambitions into unforgettable reality.
Operations Manager
Paulina Celi
Paulina brings a rare combination of frontline and operational expertise to MY TOUR EC. A licensed tour guide and Tourism Business Administration graduate, she built her career across leading Ecuadorian tourism companies before joining MY TOUR EC, where she now oversees all programming for international clients and ground services.

Rafael Chiriboga
Rafael is a results-driven marketing and commercial strategist with over 15 years of experience in the tourism industry. His expertise spans project management, digital marketing, and consumer engagement. At MY TOUR EC, Rafael leads commercial relations, oversees event development, and shapes the innovative strategies for an ever-evolving market.

María Mercedes is a Communications and Public Relations professional whose experience spans media, international organizations, tourism operations, and MICE programs. Kleber Quintana
Kleber brings a rare dual expertise in law and accounting to MY TOUR EC. An Advanced Specialist in Constitutional Law, Certified Public Accountant, and Accredited Accounting Expert recognized by the Judicial Council, his practice ensures MY TOUR EC operates with the highest standards of legal and financial integrity.
