Day01
Arrival & the coffee region
A Willys jeep ride through coffee landscapes, fruit trees, and flowering fields delivers the group to Finca Paradise, a working farm with a remarkable story: a family that rebuilt their lives after Colombia's armed conflict now shares their world with visitors. The full coffee production process unfolds over two and a half hours, closing with a traditional bandeja paisa lunch and a cup of the farm's own specialty coffee.

Volunteer mission at Puerto Alejandría & the Vieja River
A morning volunteer mission in the mountain community of Puerto Alejandría, where registered patients await at the community center. A traditional lunch served on banana leaves follows before the afternoon opens into adventure: a motorized raft journey up the Vieja River to the Manabí waterfall, a refreshing swim, and a short demonstration of artisanal gold extraction. The evening closes with the Cartago Embroidery Experience, where local artisans share their story, and each participant creates a personal handcrafted keepsake.

Volunteer mission in Montenegro, Cocora Valley & Salento
A morning volunteer mission in Montenegro gives way to one of Colombia's most breathtaking natural experiences: the Cocora Valley, where towering wax palms rise dramatically from green Andean hillsides. A two-hour trail hike and lunch at a beloved local restaurant precede the afternoon visit to the colorful colonial town of Salento before an evening flight to Medellín.

Santa Elena: silleteros, history & resilience
A morning volunteer mission with the Corporación de Silleteros in the highland community of Santa Elena, where the legendary flower carriers whose tradition has defined Medellín's cultural identity for over a century share their extraordinary story. Lunch at a Silletera Farm is followed by a visit to the Parque de la Inflexión, where a guided reflection on Medellín's complex history and remarkable transformation adds essential depth to the city's

Medellín: Comuna 13 & Teatro La Polilla
Comuna 13, once one of Medellín's most troubled neighborhoods and today one of its most inspiring, opens the day with a visit to the artist collective that has transformed the community through murals, music, and creative resilience. Lunch at a local restaurant precedes a volunteer mission visit to Teatro La Polilla, where children and families with special needs present a show for the journey's most moving and unexpected highlights.

El Salto del Buey: adventure & farewell
A full day at El Salto del Buey Natural Reserve: zip-lining through lush canopy with panoramic views of Antioquia's dramatic landscape, followed by a hike to the magnificent waterfall and a local restaurant lunch. The evening gathers the group for a farewell dinner that closes seven days of purpose, connection, and discovery in the best possible style.
