This eight-day private safari follows the migration through Tanzania's most extraordinary landscapes, from the baobab-studded plains of Tarangire to the vast horizons of the Serengeti and the breathtaking world enclosed within the Ngorongoro Crater.

Arrival in Arusha
A private airport transfer from Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha, Tanzania's vibrant safari gateway. A welcome dinner at the beautifully wooded Arusha Planet Lodge sets a serene tone for the extraordinary days ahead.

Day02
Tarangire National Park
Ancient baobab trees, roaming elephant families, and the ever-present possibility of lions, cheetahs, and leopards make Tarangire one of northern Tanzania's richest game drive destinations. Wildebeest, giraffe, hippo, buffalo, and zebra complete a first remarkable day on the savannah, closing with a picnic lunch on the plains.

Central Serengeti
The drive in via the Ngorongoro Highlands delivers the group into the heart of the Serengeti, where wildlife populations reach their greatest density and savannah grasslands, flat-topped acacia trees, and a picnic lunch await.

Days 4 & 5 — Northern Serengeti: The Great Migration
Two full days in the most remote and pristine corner of the Serengeti, where the Great Migration crosses the Mara River in its dramatic seasonal push northward. Crocodiles wait in the shallows, predators follow the herds, and vast numbers of wildebeest and zebra fill the horizon in every direction. The Northern Serengeti sees the fewest visitors of any part of the park, making every encounter feel genuinely intimate and extraordinary.

Serengeti: migration & the journey south
A final morning with the migration before beginning the drive south through the Serengeti. Lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, elephants, and giraffes populate these vast plains and can be easily observed.

Day07
Ngorongoro Crater
The descent into Ngorongoro Crater is one of those rare travel moments that stops you completely. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world's largest intact volcanic caldera, the crater is home to more than 600 hyenas, 50 lions, critically endangered black rhinos, elephants with unusually large tusks, and hippos wallowing in secret waterways. Morning mist rises from the steep crater walls as a full day of game driving unfolds on the floor below, with a picnic lunch surrounded by wildlife, in a lifetime experience.

Departure
